If you successfully submitted the assessment, keep the reference shown on the confirmation screen. The clinical team reviews your information and may contact you for photographs, medicine details, a consultation or an identity and age check.
A plan, if suitable
Submitting does not approve a treatment or create a paid order. The clinician confirms the diagnosis, considers the available Capsule and Topical options, and explains the actual ingredients, strengths, licence status, potential benefits, side effects and alternatives before you decide.
Further information or another route
Some people need a GP, dermatologist or another clinical service to assess the cause of their hair loss or a health concern. The team will explain any further checks or reason this pathway may not be suitable.
